Southern Stars Taekwondo is the premier martial arts club in the Sutherland Shire. We teach traditional WT Taekwondo and also Olympic style sparring. 7th Dan Black belt Matt Vale is an experienced head instructor and well regarded in the Taekwondo community. 4th Dan Jade MacSweeney brings a wealth of competition experience to the leadership team.
